1. Using the service
You may use Knowyio for lawful personal learning and teaching. You are responsible for the material you submit, the decks you publish and how you use the results.
2. Educational tool, not an exam authority
Knowyio is a revision aid, not an exam authority, regulator, licensing body, school or guarantee of results. Flashcards can contain errors or become outdated. Verify important facts against the current official source for your assessment and qualified guidance where appropriate.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use it. When you publish a deck, you give Knowyio permission to host, display and format that deck for operating the service until it is removed.
4. Prohibited use
Do not upload confidential or unlawful content; infringe copyright; publish another person's personal information; attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service; bypass usage limits; or use Knowyio to cheat during a live examination.
5. Intellectual property
The Knowyio name, interface and original site materials belong to Knowyio or its licensors. Exam provider, regulator and qualification names and marks belong to their respective owners. References are descriptive and do not imply endorsement.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may remove content that violates these terms or creates risk. We aim for reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Knowyio is provided “as is”. We are not liable for exam outcomes, decisions made from inaccurate content or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
